Is there a free plan?
Yes: the Free plan costs nothing per month and includes Basics.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. An administrator changes plan in the workspace, under Settings → Subscription. The functions of the new plan apply from the change.
What happens after the trial?
A sign-up through this website starts a trial on the chosen plan. After the trial the plan continues and is charged from the end of the trial period.
Does Tavuni send invoices over Peppol?
Yes. Issued invoices and credit notes are built as UBL following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, validated against its rules before dispatch and delivered over the Peppol network through the Belgian access point e-invoice.be. Received e-invoices come in the same way. Tavuni registers the organisation on Peppol.
Where is our data stored?
On servers at Hetzner in Germany that Tavuni operates itself, with backups in Finland. The database, the key vault and the identity management are Tavuni's own. The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no external fonts.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Lists such as contacts, vehicles, invoices, hires, payments and work orders can be exported as CSV from the workspace.
Which integrations are there?
Signed webhooks (the Webhooks module), your own apps with API keys for the API products you take, such as the Inspections API, and a booking module on your own website. Payments (Mollie), signing (itsme), estimating (Informex), Car-Pass and your own mailbox (IMAP/SMTP) connect under the customer's own contract with each provider.
