Tyre storage and the seasonal change: sets per rack, labels, campaigns and a daily pick list
The Tyre hotel module manages stored tyre sets: where each set lies, what is in which rack, a label per set, the seasonal change as a campaign with a daily pick list, charging the storage on a work order, and a tyre policy per vehicle category for a fleet.
Who it is for
Garages that store tyres for customers, and fleet managers who plan the seasonal change for their vehicles.
The tyre hotel is sold apart from Repairs. The tyre register itself (sets, wheels, mounting) belongs with the vehicle and is part of the basics.
What it does

1. Hotel overview
Every stored set with branch, rack, holder, plate, the oldest production week, the lowest tread depth and the country's legal minimum, filterable by branch, season and search.

2. Inventory per rack
What is in which rack, and what belongs to nobody.

3. Label per set
A printable label with plate, holder and place, and the serial number as a barcode.

4. Seasonal change as a campaign
A campaign with branch, target season, window and optionally a message sequence. Each holder is invited once per set per campaign.

5. Daily pick list
The day's changes at a branch, with for each appointment the set to fetch from the rack.

6. Charging the storage
A storage stay is charged once on a work order, at the price that applies to that customer. Without a price the line stays unpriced, never zero.

7. Checks in and out
Link a measurement on intake and open a check with the hotel's checklist on release.

8. End of a set
A set leaves the hotel recycled, destroyed or sold to a party already in a relationship, with a register of sold sets and an invoice.

9. Tyre policy for a fleet
Per vehicle category the start of summer and winter, the tyres, the supplier and the agreement. Applying it plans the next change for every vehicle in the category. Per vehicle: fitted tyres, lowest tread, wear and tyre cost over twelve months.
What it does not do
- The tyre register itself (sets, wheels, mounting) is not part of this module but of the vehicle.
- No market between strangers: a set is sold only to a party already in a relationship.
- A campaign without a message sequence only makes lists and pick lists; nobody is written to.
